“I bought myself a new van about a year and a half ago and it was partly converted. It was very basic and the owner had just put the basics in. I wanted to turn it into a little house on wheels, a van that I could use not just for a weekend trip, but as a house as I was living full-time in the van.

So I had big plans, I had a very ambitious vision of all the things I wanted in the van but I did not have the tools or the knowledge. So I found Martin and the experience working with Martin was really wonderful.

Martin has a very special combination of an engineering mindset and an excellent DIYer and woodworker so he could really turn my ideas into something very concrete in a short amount of time. He is so creative and at the same time he is very down to earth with a focus on practicality which is critical in van life. One of Martin’s super powers is that he makes the practical beautiful too, and really nice to live in, he has the highest work integrity and really cares about details. I was delighted with the end result.

So in summary, I would praise Martin for: his expertise and knowledge in van conversion, his creativity and engineering genius, his attention to details and care for high quality, and his honesty and work integrity.”
