At Nomad Nester Designs, we aim to get your camper van kits to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below:

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; details are provided on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use trusted couriers within Ireland (e.g. DPD, An Post) and international carriers where available.

  • Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Ireland: typically 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • EU: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of world: delivery times vary depending on location and customs.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Please inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
