Right to Cancel (EU Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchase from us as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Exemptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items.

  • Goods which, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be returned once opened.

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Returns Process

  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (see contact details below) within the 14-day cooling off period.

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will refund you within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (via Stripe).

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. In such cases, return shipping will be at our expense, or we may offer a replacement.
